Return Policy


ASAO provides to the buyer the right to change its products purchased online, within four (4) calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the products have not been used and that the packaging is not dirty or damaged and is not in any other state than the original. The changeover process excludes earrings, for hygienic purposes. Money return is not possible.

In case of product change, the customer will be charged with the return and shipping costs of the new product unless the change is due to our own fault. You ought to contact us either via e-mail or by a phone call beforehand. We pay great attention to the packaging of the items dispatched to our clients in order to avoid possible damage of the products.

In case of total or partial order cancellation you ought to send us an e-mail to [email protected] or contact us at +30 22970 27280.
We offer this facility to our clients prior to the confirmation of the dispatching of your order. After the products are dispatched, we accept no cancellation.


Delay of order

The order may be delayed for the following reasons for which ASAO bears no responsibility:

  • Strikes
  • Cases of extreme weather conditions or reasons of force majeure.
  • In the event that communication with the customer is not feasible due to false data provided by him or to his failure to respond.
